It is important to us to pay a fair price for our produce to ensure a sustainable supply chain. We are keen to support small, local businesses (not least to reduce our carbon footprint) who have strong sustainability credentials, both in production and packaging.

 Packaging
Almost all our packaging is either recyclable or commercially compostable and all paper and cardboard is made from recycled materials. Our cups are produced using paper sourced from managed plantations and lined with a bioplastic made from plants, not oil. They are commercially compostable and we encourage all customers to return their cups to us for disposal.

 And we love reusable cups! Bring yours along for 30p off any hot drink. Or purchase one of ours and your first hot drink is on us! We are proud to stock Circular&Co reusable cups, the world’s first reusable coffee cups made from recycled coffee cups.

 Waste
Our mission is to keep waste to a minimum and move to a position where all waste is either recyclable or compostable. We work with First Mile to ensure all our waste is either recycled, commercially composted or used to create Green Energy – zero waste to landfill.

 Power
The day-to-day business is run via LPG gas and rechargeable batteries. No noisy diesel-burning generator like many mobile caterers. LPG emits virtually no soot and produces extremely low levels of carbon dioxide. It also gives off low levels of other particulates that contribute to pollution and global warming such as sulphur and nitrogen.  

The batteries are charged using a 100% renewable electricity provider.
